The Customer

Established in 2002, Fotheringham Homes is a family owned and managed business built on over 35 years of construction knowledge and experience.

The company specialises in small developments in the South Aberdeenshire countryside and has worked with the Laings Contracts Division on a number of its projects. The Laings team is delighted to offer Fotheringham Homes and their customers the ‘Laings experience’, providing them with expert design support and the opportunity to create a kitchen and bathrooms to suit their lifestyles.

Installation

All goods were supplied in line with Fotheringham Homes’ build programme and Laings’ Warehouse and Contracts teams worked closely with Fotheringham Homes and each of their customers throughout the project.

The Results

Fortheringham Homes and their customers were delighted with the kitchen and bathroom design service provided by Laings throughout the development of the Glithno site.

A very special development, featuring just 9 houses built around a shared green which offers communal seating and a barbeque area, Laings worked closely with Fotheringham Homes to create kitchens and bathrooms which are as unique as the properties and their owners themselves. The second phase of the Glithno site is now under way and the Laings team looks forward to supporting Fotheringham Homes in this new project.
