Our Directline team comprises of 5 designers with extensive trade experience and we have a dedicated warehouse facility for ease of collection and delivery. Part of a business with almost 160 years in operation, you and your customer are in safe hands.
Becoming a Trade Member with us is straightforward. We offer two types of Trade Membership:
The Laings Trade Credit Account makes managing customer projects simple. On your acceptance into the scheme you will be given a credit limit and can begin working with us immediately.
The Laings Trade Rebate Scheme provides you with Trade Incentives for referring your customers to us. Our designers will complete the end-to-end design, quote and sale for your customer on your behalf. Once accepted, you can begin working with us immediately, referring your customers to our designers through our website, by telephone or email. You will receive Trade Incentives for every project.
